Product: A Provençal speciality that turns grilled eggplant into a smooth, savoury spread with the sun-kissed flavours of Southern France. Similar in spirit to an aubergine caviar, it is delicious simply spread on toasted baguette, crostini or crackers for an effortless French apéritif. It can also be served as a dip, added to sandwiches and wraps, paired with cheese, or spooned alongside grilled meat, fish and vegetables.
