Product: Harissa is the fiery chilli condiment of North African cuisine and a natural companion to the Mediterranean flavours found throughout Southern France. This versatile little jar adds heat and savoury depth wherever you need it. Serve alongside couscous, grilled meat or roasted vegetables, spread sparingly in sandwiches and wraps, or stir a spoonful into soups, stews, tomato sauces and marinades. Start with a little and add more depending on how much heat you enjoy.
