Product: Inspired by anchoïade, a traditional speciality of Provence, this intensely savoury anchovy spread is made for lovers of bold Mediterranean flavours. In Southern France, anchoïade is traditionally enjoyed as an apéritif with bread or raw vegetables. Spread a little over toasted baguette or crostini, serve as a dip with crunchy vegetables, or use sparingly as a condiment with grilled fish, vegetables and salads. A small spoonful brings remarkable depth and character.
Ingredients: Anchovy cream 43% (salted anchovies 82%, sunflower oil, wine vinegar, salt, spices), colza oil 38.7%, water, capers (capers, water, wine vinegar, salt), wine vinegar (sulfites), garlic, concentrated lemon juice, pepper.
