Born from a family’s passion for Provençal cooking, Délices du Luberon traces its story to the markets of Provence, where Odette Msica prepared traditional recipes before bringing them to market with her sons. Olives, olive oil and sun-ripened vegetables became the foundation of a range that soon won over locals and visitors alike. Today, Délices du Luberon, produced by family-owned Méditéa, continues this tradition with tapenades, vegetable spreads and Provençal specialities, conceived, prepared and packed in Provence – bringing the authentic flavours and convivial spirit of Southern France to the table.

Product: An intensely savoury olive spread made with Tanche black olives from Nyons, a celebrated olive-growing area of Provence. Rich, fruity and unmistakably Mediterranean, it is perfect for a traditional French apéritif spread over toasted baguette or crostini. Serve it with cheese and charcuterie, use it in sandwiches, or add a spoonful to pasta and roasted vegetables. An excellent way to discover the distinctive character of Provençal black olives.

Ingredients: black olives tanches from Nyons 96% (black olives, water, salt), colza oil, concentrated lemon juice, thyme, pepper.

Allergens: Sulfites. May contain Milk, Egg, Mustard, Sesame, fish.
